  In-house R&D & Integrated Machining Capacity for Superhard Materials

  Our company owns comprehensive capabilities in the independent R&D and full-depth processing of superhard materials, realizing full-cycle in-house development and manufacturing of core materials:

 · High-hardness Stainless Steel: Adopt 15-5 PH and 17-4 PH precipitation hardening stainless steel, directly supplied by steel mills. All heat treatment processes (solution treatment and aging) are          completed in-house to ensure stable and controllable material performance.

 · Diamond: Independent precision machining.

 · Zirconia: Independent precision machining.

 · Cemented Carbide: Independent precision machining.


  Superhard materials are the cornerstone of ultra-high-pressure equipment performance. The above processes represent our core technological advantages accumulated by the team over more than 20      years of industry experience, and serve as the fundamental guarantee for product stability and reliability.

  Our production line is equipped with a full range of advanced manufacturing equipment, including U.S.-made CNC lathes, Japanese 5-axis CNC machine , U.S.-made 4/5-axis machining centers,             Taiwanese  precision grinding machines, external cylindrical grinding equipment, and self-developed precision polishing lathes. This comprehensive setup enables us to deliver high-precision components      with exceptional surface quality and performance consistency.

  To ensure strict quality control, we utilize professional testing instruments such as a Japanese Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machine (CMM), a 2.5D vision measuring system, a high-precision hardness    tester, an internal bore measuring device, and a semi-automatic cylindricity tester. These tools allow us to verify dimensional accuracy, material properties, and geometric tolerances for every product we    manufacture.
